Working with Athletic Apparel – at work – for the past 7 years… I realize … Unless you are already fit and thin, there’s nothing on the market for you. Being a size 14 – 90% of the clothing at work never fit! Until NOW! Taffy has a great line of apparel for Women with Curves!
A Little about Taffy: “Katie came up with the idea for Taffy while she was working as a personal trainer at a local Philadelphia gym. She noticed some women who frequented the gym were bigger than size 10 or 12. She also noticed that these women tended to wear baggy t-shirts and unflattering sweatpants to work out. Katie did some research and found there are some options for workout clothing for plus-size women, but much of what was available was not stylish, flattering or attractive. Katie realized there was a need for stylish activewear for curvier women” (Taffy)
Taffy has a great line of apparel. I received the Jacket in Gunmetal. For once… I could say I am wearing a size SMALL!!! YEA! Well, A small is a size 14/16, but still! It was a SMALL! Made me feel great. This is one thing that both my mom and I can share. The arms are a little long on us, but… We’re not really blessed with the tall Genes! (I’m only 5’3″ she’s shorter!) The color is Gunmetal (akaGray) and has a great blue toned design on the center back. It is neutral enough to go with just about anything! After receiving the Jacket, I played on their site and found the Matching Pants! This is a GOT TO HAVE outfit!
