Since you read the book, have you done the exercises in it and which ones do you like best? Also, how much is the book? I am looking for different core exercises to do so I dont get bored with the same workout routine!

I have done a few of the exercises in the book – in my every day work out routine – and I was doing that before I read the book. I personally like the Plank with Leg lifts. It didn’t look hard, until I tried it, but the feeling of accomplishment when they aren’t killer hard (just hard) is amazing! You can find it on Amazon.com (i just updated the post with a link to the book) It’s about 15.00 right now
