I told myself this year that I am going to do it and loose these last couple inches and pounds that I have been carrying around for too many years.  But I have like ZERO motivation to go to a gym.  Lately I have feel like I have been so Lazy – Such a Couch Potato I feel that I have become.  Thankfully Kathi Casey thought about me and let me in on a little secret… A book titled “Get off the Couch, Potato”

A little about the Book: This book is a powerful 30 day program of easy exercises which you can begin while lying on the couch watching TV. Perfect for everyone who has put off exercising due to lack of time or lack of enthusiasm and now has packed on the excess weight. Lose the extra pounds and gain your youthful vitality – all while having fun! Wellness expert Kathi Casey leads you through each day with enthusiasm, positive affirmations and good humor. Her exercises are easy and most can be done without taking extra time from your already jam-packed schedules. (Facebook)

Get off The Couch, Potato has become one of my favorite books! I am trying to live a healthier lifestyle… And Many a times, I feel like I am a Couch Potato… Even though I work like crazy, all I want to do when I get home from work (after feeding Lil C and myself) is just sit on the couch and loaf around… But I know deep down inside, that is not what I need to be doing.  With Get Off The Couch, Potato… I have realized that there are little things that you can do daily to get yourself in better shape.  Also, you have to love the pictures!

*I received this book in exchange for this review. All opinions expressed are 100% my own.
