I am a total Carb-aholic!  I love my breads, my pastas, my grains…..  Everything that is supposedly not good for you…. until now.  With the Zone Diet, I can have my breads and pastas and bagels and Pizzas…. Everything that I love in 1 box!

A little about the program:
Developed by world-renowned dietary expert
Dr. Barry Sears is one of the world’s leading experts in understanding the impact of food on hormones and inflammation. It is his expertise that has developed the Zone 1-2-3 Program.
No dietary changes, only ingredient substitutions
The power of the Zone 1-2-3 Program is that it only requires substitution of our patented Zone Foods for the ingredients you usually use to make the meals you like to eat. You still use the same recipes that you love to eat, but now with a totally different hormonal outcome.
Unlimited variety of meals
The use of our patented Zone Foods gives you an unlimited number of meal choices. It is the Zone Foods that act as your primary hormonal control agents.

I received 2 weeks of the Zone Diet Program.  Each box contained a variety of sliced bread (individually packed -containing 2 slices), Bagels, Pizza Bread, Pasta noodles and grains.  This diet is perfect for my lifestyle.  I am constantly on the go – and I tend to only eat 1 meal at home… the rest is usually quick and easy.  My favorites were the Sliced bread.  I could easily take 1 pack out of the freezer, grab some sandwich meat, and go to work…by the time lunchtime comes around, the bread is thawed and at a great room temperature…. Fast, Quick, Easy and best of all totally Yummy!  They even had cookies – which reminded me of a cross between rice krispy treats and chocolate chip cookies!  Cant go wrong!

*I received a Zone Diet Package in exchange for this review. All opinions expressed are 100% my own.
