Most women I know strive to get an hour glass shape.  But when they need just a little extra help getting it, that’s when they turn to Corset style apparel.  If a corset is done up properly, You will have a complete hour glass figure…. and for the “girls”… They will sit nice and full.   When I have looked for Corsets in the local stores, I have noticed that they were quite expensive. So when CorsetChick asked me to work with them on featuring their corsets, I had to give them a try.  A good selection of their Corset Tops run under 40.00!  I chose to review one of their Under-Bust Corsets.

A little about the Under-Bust Corset according to the CorsetChick website:

  • Corset has steel busks closure on the front, and laces in the back for a good fit.
  • 12 light-weight bones through-out
  • Corset finished in satin
  • Fully adjustable criss cross ribbon laced back
  • Cut shorter at the back for added comfort
  • Does Not Cover the Breast Area

Revolt Challenge

With having curves, I wanted to make sure that my wedding dress fit JUST right .  But with it being summer, I didn’t want to wear a full slip or Full length nylons just to keep all the curves in places.   Plus I also already had the Perfect Bra – and my dress was already fitted for it.  That is why I chose an Under-Bust Corset.  It sits right under the bra line – so you can wear with a comfortable bra under your clothes, or you can wear it over a shirt for a fun addition to your wardrobe.  I personally was very impressed with this corset top.  Even though there is some boning in it, There is some slight flex so you can move freely.  One of my favorite parts about this particular corset how easy it was to Snap and undo in the front.   Usually I wouldn’t have chosen white, but since it was going to be used under my wedding dress, I didn’t want to chance any color being seen through the dress.  Don’t forget to follow Corset Chick on Facebook and Twitter.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

I love corsets. I don’t wear them often (living in AZ and all makes that silly), but I have a few for fun. Hey, I’m married, my husband thinks they are pretty cute. 😉 Thanks for sharing.
