I’m in week 11 of being a Revolt Now Fitness Blogger. I have loved the program up until this time… But lately, I have found myself falling back just a hair. I think that defiantly has to be because of the wedding that is coming up in the next week. Its starting to become a little hectic in the MI Savings Household.
I, thankfully, have been able to keep up with waking up every morning, grabbing a little bite to eat and then getting to my workout. There have been moments where I have mumbled and grumbled, but as soon as I get my little tushie moving, there is nothing stopping me! I did struggle a little with the workouts though, this week. About 10 years ago, I had surgery on my knee. Back then, I didnt do the best at starting Physical therapy right away because I was away at college. So even though I did my PT time, I know my knee is still a little on the weaker side. That was proven when I tried to do lunges… And this weeks workout was full of them! Now I know what I need to work out. But there was one workout this week called the King Dead Lift. It reminded me a little of doing lunges, but I think because of the way it was done… I felt the work out where I was suppose to (in the glutes) as opposed to feeling it only in my knee
