If you’ve been following along you know that I took a challenge yo be a Revolt Now Fitness blogger. It may sound like an easy task… bit I was quickly put into my place. I realized over the past 6 weeks how out of shape I really was. When I first started I was doing the exercises with no weights and barely being able to finish the video. Fast forward 6 weeks and I have been able to keep up with every video.. even though I have to drop down to the level 1 modified forms at times.
This past week I concentrated a lot on stating more portion controlled meals. If you remember last weeks post… I ate like a piggy… and all at the wrong times. I may not stay true to the menus set up by Revolt Now Fitness… but I do try to keep their food choices in mind. (I am so not a fish or steak person). Another thing that I have started to do was add in a lite more cardio. My loving fiancee pulled out his treadmill just for me. Its defiantly not my most favorite thing, but it beats going to the gym just to use the elliptical.
Now hear how I have done with Revolt Now Fitness.This weeks Stats:
Starting Weight – 176.8 lbs
Ending Weight – 174.1 lbs
Total Loss this week – -2.7 lb ( Starting to feel defeat)
Total Loss from the beginning. 3.9 lbs (started at 178.00)
As for inches – this week I have been at a stale mate… But that I can accept. Just gives me something to look forward to when it comes to next weeks check in!
