Christmas is just around the corner. And with so many toys on the market, where do you start? Some of our favorite toys have come from Little Tikes. And this year, Little Tikes has a great line of toys for kids of all ages!
Do you have a little one that is between 6 and 36 months? Then you will want to check out Catch Me Crabbie and Dunk N Juggle Seal from the Lil’ Ocean Explorers line.
The Dunk N Juggle Seal will keep your little on occupied for yours. Peanut got a huge kick out of putting the ball in the Seals Hoop, and then when it’d drop through it would make music and the seal would clap his fins. Then Peanut would have to go chase the ball so she could do it again.
Catch Me Crabbie is great for those who are experienced at crawling and sturdy with walking. This crab has a motion sensor inside of it, so whenever Peanut got close, Crabbie would move from side to side and clap his claws all while playing music. You should have heard her squeal when she thought she had him.
Who doesn’t want a Kitchen? The Cook n Store kitchen is perfect for someone who does not have a ton of extra room in the kids playroom. Both sides fold in – so it only takes up 1/2 the space.
It is perfect for those young kids – Peanut is only about 18 months in this photo. It is the perfect height for her to grow into. We did purchase additional food for this kitchen – as it only comes with 32 accessory pieces (including food, pots, cups, dishes, and eating utensils). She now makes us a gourmet meal when ever she can.
And who says that kitchens are just for little girls? Yes,that is Lil C playing with the kitchen right along with Peanut. She keeps her food stored in the pink car – so she had to get it all out for big brother to cook her something yummy.
The last perfect holiday gift for your toddler is the Perfect Fit 4-in-1 Trike. This is the perfect trike for your toddler to learn with. It goes from a “Stroller” style trike, all the way upto a traditional pedal trike. Currently we’re at the stage where we have the foot rest on, because Peanut is just a little too short to reach the pedals. Because its a bit chilly out during the winter, we are not really able to put it to the true test until Spring hits.
Update: May 2016. We finally got dry and warm enough weather to get out and walk and bike around the neighborhood. Peanut is IN LOVE with this trike. She does have a helmet and wears it when we go for a walk. She was just to excited when she was outside, she buckled herself in! She has learned that she can steer the trike herself… Which is great, UNTIL! She’s almost put herself into the ditch multiple times on our walks because she thinks its funny when were just strolling along to make a sharp turn.
