One thing that most families do not seem to have in their kitchen are food scales.  I know my mom didn’t have one, and I don’t remember my grandmothers having one in their kitchens either… But they are one of the most convenient things to have.

A little about Eat Smart Scales:  The EatSmart Precision Pro Digital Kitchen Scale is an economically priced multi-function home scale, perfect for everyday tasks from weighing food or ingredients to calculating postage. Along with our Precision Pro, you will also receive a FREE Calorie Factors Book making it easy to achieve goals such as portion control and calorie counting. (EatSmart)

I received an Eat Smart Precision Pro Scale for review.  When  I shop, I tend to shop for an item by looks.  The Precision Pro is sleek and… well, its CUTE!  I love the fact that this particular scale is Digital.  I hate going to the grocery store and using their scales… it seems like no matter how i judge the weight, its WRONG when i get to the register.  At least now I know when I am cooking – or separating my hamburger meat for separate meals, I know I will have an accurate reading.

If you haven’t already heard, Eat Smart is one of my ABE Sponsors!  As bonus entries you can follow Eat Smart on Facebook. Also take a moment to follow Eat Smart on Twitter.

update:  1/16/14 I am still using this scale and LOVE it!
*I received a Eat Smart Scale in exchange for this post. All opinions expressed are 100% my own.
