If you’ve been following over the past few months – I have been working on loosing weight. Not only was I doing Nutrisystem, but I was also going to the gym a couple days a week with my dad. But I am Very Self conscious… And what makes it worse, I’ve had a couple kids… My insides aren’t as strong as they use to be (even though I’ve been working on those muscles too). For a while I have avoided going out in public to work out – because what if I just couldn’t help but ….Leak … while working out… Or What if I wore one of those bulky pads… would people notice? Then I was challenged with the Depend Active Fit #YogaPantsChallenge.
So off to Walmart I went. I was on a mission to find Depend® Active Fit and put them to the test. I will admit, I did feel a little awkward walking down that aisle. But I had to remind myself that I’m not the only 33 year old who needs just a little extra protection.
Depend Silhouette Active Fit Briefs come in 4 packs and larger in either S/M or M/L. I was on the border line of sizes. A S/M is a 28-40 inch waist, and a L/XL is 38-50 inc waist, so I went with the S/M. I had second thoughts after I got home, but when I tried them on I realized hey, these were pretty comfortable. The “underwear” are made with a cotton-like fabric and come in 2 colors; Beige and Black. The thin design is great for complete comfort as well as still being able to look sexy in a dress. And as always, you get the trusted protection of Depend®.
Can you tell which one I’m wearing Depend® Active Fit? I know which one it is – because I know the timestamps on each photo. If it wasn’t for that, I wouldn’t have any clue. Now I feel much more confident about going to the Gym to work out (in front of people). I will have to say that Depend Silhouette Active Fit Briefs are Yoga Pants Approved!
