Granted, since having peanut, I may not have eaten the healthiest ALL the time, or worked out DAILY for an hour or two at a time,  But I Tried.  I tried counting calories.  I tried adding in exercise routines when I had the ability to.  But for whatever reason, the scale would either stay the same or go up.  I did get my blood work checked, and all my levels were fine … So I turned to Nutrisystem.  I have heard it work for many in the past, and I am hoping to have it work for me now. Nutrisystem_1

I started a few days later then the rest of the bloggers that I am on this journey with, because one of my shipments was delayed. Instead of Starting Monday, I ended up starting Thursday.  Part 1 of my Nutrisystem journey was the Fast Five Program.  With the Fast Five you are suppose to loose at least 5 pounds and 1″.  So, Thursday I stepped on the Scale and then I had my husband take some measurements.

Nutrisystem_2Here is my Starting Numbers:
Weight: 214.2lbs
Chest:  41.5″
Waist: 38.25″
Hips:  50.25″
Butt: 51″
Right Thigh: 28.25″
Left Thigh: 28.25″
Right Arm: 15.5″
Left Arm:  15.5″
Every Friday or Saturday I will be posting my updated weight and measurement.

So  with only having 1 day of the Fast Five Under my belt, I have not noticed any difference in Weight.   The biggest thing about the Fast Five Program vs the regular program is the amount of Calories that you take in.  From what I have seen the Fast Five plan is about 900-1000 calories.  This only lasts 1 week, as a jump start with weight loss.

I knew my weight was up higher than it should have been… But until seeing the photos that My hubby took of me, I really realized how much I need to get this program going!
