What is your weakness when it comes to trying to tame your weight?  I know mine is Snacks!  When I get bored… all I want to do is Munch… And I could munch all day if I had the chance…  Even if I am not hungry.  The Ice Cube Diet was created for people like me!

I had the chance to try this diet out.  I was very skeptical  because I have tried other hodia products before… And they never Curbed the munchies.  But this seemed to do the trick.  The first day or two I didnt really notice a decrease in munchies, but when the 3rd day came around… I realized I wanted to much less and less… Even though I knew the snacks were there, I had no Wants!  WAHOO!!!!  The Ice Cube Diet is easy to follow.  All you do is Take 1 Ice Cube a day and you’re god to go!  Even though the Ice Cubes are green in color – they dont taste Green!  They are lemon flavored…Which makes it pleasant to taste!
