I have had the chance to try out Nick Rainey’s Workout Program. I love the way that the book is set up. It has each work out.. with a picture so you knew what you were doing…and step by steps… Which…is perfect. I dont know how many times I have looked up a work out online, and walked away from the computer (to the other room) to go to the weights and work outs and things… to find out,… that I was actually doing it wrong… Or I’d get to the weights and realize I forgot the form… 😀 This way I have the book right with me… and I dont have to look very far!
