Peanut is starting to get to the age where she is wanting to sit on her own. And this mama is getting to the point where she’s ready to have Peanut sit in her own seat!  Don’t get me wrong, I love having her sit on my lap.  But when we’re at work or sitting outside for a Fall Bonfire, it is so much easier for me to have my hands free.  And Ciao! baby has the perfect solution for me.  They created a Portable High Chair and sent one for Peanut to try out.   With October being Breast Cancer Awareness month, they sent Peanut a Pink Portable High Chair. ciaobaby_logo

A little about the Ciao! baby Portable High Chair: This timesaving, transportable highchair created for little ones 3 months to 3 years old. This user-friendly, no-fuss, freestanding chair with its proprietary flexible seat and tray requires no assembly. The Portable High Chair unfolds easily, locks into place and folds up in seconds when parents and their tots are ready to roll. Convenient to carry and simple to store in a stylish shoulder strap-equipped bag, its lightweight and flexible design is destined to become a furnishings fixture for families on the move. (The Portable High Chair)The Ciao! baby Portable High Chair is the perfect Bag Chair for little ones.  When Peanut’s chair arrived, we opened the package and went to show daddy her “New chair”.  Hubby thought that I was joking, because it was in a bag.  That’s when I pulled it out and set it up.   When this is collapsed, it looks just like a bag chair.  But once it is opened, it was a True Highchair.  I fell in love.  This opens similar to any other bag chair – the only difference is that it has brackets on the sides to keep the chair stable for those wiggly little ones.  The “tray” of the portable highchair has a glossy/plastic coating, making it easy to wipe clean when your little one decides to smear their food all over!  This chair does have a belt to go around your little ones waist to help keep him/her safe.  With Peanut only being 5 months old, she does manage to wiggle her shoulder under the arm rest – so we typically keep her blanket balled up under the arm pocket so she cant get in there (nor can she put her toy keys in there and get upset because she “cant reach them”)ciao_baby

Give back for Breast Cancer awareness daily thanks to this portable solution for mealtime – ciao! baby The Portable High Chair, is the go-anywhere-highchair! The founders of ciao! baby are both Moms and proudly launched a solid PINK version of The Portable High Chair in May, and now through October 2014 for every PINK chair sold, they will donate $3 to the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
