I love using creams for aches and pains as opposed to taking pills. I feel that when I apply a cream/ointment, I can specifically get the part that is bothering me. I might have to try this for my back pain. I was in 2 car accidents a few years ago and still feeling the pain in my lower back. I hate taking medication so this might be perfect.
