The past few lockets that I reviewed, were lockets that I created for my Bridesmaids. And all three of them loved theirs. So I figured this time I would take the oppertunity to create one for myself. The only difference between this locket and the others… I got to see it before it was made. In October of 2013 PicturesOnGold.com launched a “Design your Own Locket” application that allows customers to actually see the exact finished product prior to purchasing. I love the fact that you can now see what your locket will look like before you hit purchase.
How does this work?
– First you select from 1000’s of front designs which range from decorative hearts, Nationality symbols, hobbies and more.
– Then you upload your photos and resize them as you wish to fit perfectly inside the locket.
– Next, comes a personalized engraving option which allows block or script writing, all being designed in front of your eyes.
– Then you can preview the final product exactly as it will appear when it arrives to your home.
Trying to find the Perfect pictures, for me, was the HARDEST thing. I wanted to keep a memory of my wedding day with me at all times… So I searched through all the wedding photos. I thought about trying to find photos of Myself and lil miss and photos of Jeff and Lil C… But, all the ones I could find, were not set up right to be put in a locket. That’s when I came across the photos of All the guys and all the girls. I knew that would be perfect! 
With a little size adjusting, I got them both to fit on the insides of this locket. I assumed that the pictures would be tiny when they were engraved in the locket, but To my surprise… They looked great! Now I can have a piece of my wedding – and all my friends that helped make the day amazing with me at all times.
