Twenty-Six Weeks Down, less than 14 more to go!   That means JUST over 3 Months!  YIKES!

How Far Along –
As of today I am  26 weeks 4 days

Due Date –
My Due date is May 20, 2014
Boy or Girl –
We do know, but we are keeping our lips sealed a little longer. We are going on the 22 for another Ultrasound….So lets hope that he/she cooperates.
Bump Picture –
26weeks
The many different bellies that I see every day.  Black tank top, is normally what everyone sees- Peanuts home is very well curvy.  The next pic is peanut’s homes true shape.  But once I put a hoodie on, The bump disappears!  Go Figure (I get asked by many who know i’m pregnant why I don’t look it… Its all an illusion.   The last picture… That is the view I get of my feet.  Guess having size 9.5 feet help ya see them longer)

Weight Gain/Loss:
Pre-Pregnancy Weight.  168.9.
Last weeks weight:  182.5
Today’s Weight: 184.4
Total Loss/Gain:  +15 1/2 lbs

Baby Size – about 14″ (Hothouse cucumber).Baby Weight – 1.75lb

Baby Development –
By now, your baby’s lungs and brain are much more developed.  in fact, your baby can likely detect light and dark through the optic nerve.  Your baby can now also hear more than just your rumbling tummy, such as outside noises like your partner’s voice.
Symptoms – With everything starting to adjust, I’m noticing that I’m getting sore hips every now and then…  But I do have an amazing Chiropractor that I see, and it helps!  Back to having a hard time sleeping through the night… Hopefully my body will let me get a good night sleep soon.
Current Cravings –  Still no cravings. I did get the want for Olive Garden last Saturday… And asked hubby to go…. He looked at me like “really?”  So since it wasn’t like a I MUST have Crazy Craving thing.. I was like, “naw, we can make something here.”.  A few minutes later, he looks at me and was like, are you going to olive garden like that? (I was wearing sweatpants and an oversize hoodie)… REALLY!?!  I jumped up and changed REALLY quickly!
Currently Avoiding –
Nothing right now
Belly Button Status –  Still in – Sort of! Its starting to get smaller and smaller of a innie.
Movement –Peanut has been having a field day playing in his/her temporary home!   During the day i get little nudges, but as soon as 9pm hits, he/she’s all hyper!  Its funny.  Hubby got to see my belly jump   So far all the kicks and rolls are lower in my belly – So my rib cage has been spared so far!
Any Appointments? –Had my doctors appointment yesterday! Everything is going good. I passed my Glucose test! (woot woot!).  He told me that peanut is measuring a little big – but he didn’t seem concerned.  I start going every 2 weeks now!
How I have been feeling -For the most part I have been feeling quite well.  I have been having some issues when it comes to looking in the mirror.  6 Months ago I was working so hard to loose weight – and work on my figure, and now its going completely the opposite way.  Not that I mind the reasoning, but sometimes it is just hard to accept the physical change.
Reactions from the Kids:  Almost every day now, Lil C asks to feel my belly and try to figure out where Peanut is laying.  Hes going to be a great big brother!

Thank you! Some days I feel that just putting – “Still Pregnant” is a good enough post, but then I think back and go… Well, If we do try for another one… Still Pregnant doesn’t give me anything to compare it to.

You’re going to be so glad that you kept these awesome records later. I know I didn’t keep mine and thought oh I’d remember but after 3 kids and 20 years I don’t.

I didn’t keep any record of my pregnancy with my son. And I do regret it. I seriously only have 1 picture of myself when I was pregnant – and that was just before he was born. 🙁

I Love the kicks. I really didn’t ever feel it when I was pregnant with my son, but I was always on my feet working – so I assume I put him to sleep all the time…

Congrats! We always did the food size of the baby for each week too (from BabyCenter). It was a fun way to see the growth. Of course, my kids were too young to understand it, so the size reference was mostly for me and my husband!

I like the food size relations -but it’s always with healthy style foods. I did hear there was a size relations chart for those less than healthy foods somewhere. 😀
