One of my friends (John) joined weight watchers years back and he lost TONS of weight… and not too long after I had Lil C, John sent me his weight watchers starter book so I could try to get on track with my weight. This book just described the points – how they were calculated and after a little math, I was able to figure out how many points a day a Breast Feeding Mama needed…. I stuck with it for a few months – and noticed my weight starting to drop… I loved it… But some where down the line, I stopped adding all the points and got off track. 4 Years later, I am trying to get back on track again…Starting with Smart Ones French Toast and Ice Cream Desserts.
A Little About the Products:

I had the chance to try out All 3 of these items. When I opened the box, I was in total Shock! They sent me a case of each! So Knowing I have a smaller Freezer, I separated the cases between myself and my parents. The first thing I tried was the Dessert! Well, Who wouldn’t want to try the dessert first? The Chocolate Fudge Brownie Sundae is to melt over! There is a layer of chocolate brownie, topped with A layer of Ice Cream and brownie Chunks. I thought I died and went to heaven! The great thing, it is already proportioned correctly, So there was no worry of eating too much! Then Lil C was the one who got to test out the French Toast. He loved it, especially the TURKEY Sausage! He wanted me to make him more sausage. He was a little disappointed when I told him that there was only the sausage given in the packet. He ate these for Breakfast one day and Lunch the next, and Constantly asked for them – until they were gone! I also took some to my work for my dinners! Who doesn’t love Breakfast for Dinner?!? My co-workers would all walk in and asked where I got my dinner from, because It smelled so good! They were in disbelief when I told them it was a Smart Ones meal – until I Showed them the box.
