Well, along with BzzingMom I am also doing a fitness event. I took it upon myself to say that the first day of March is Saturday the 6th… Just because I like Starting something on a Sunday… Especially if the first is during the middle of the week.
So… 4 years ago I had Lil C… and I have yet to loose all the weight that I gained from his birth… They say 9 months on… and supposedly 9 months off??? 🙁 I guess my body/mind didn’t quite catch that memo…
So… I did the Scarry thing and stepped on the scale this morning! YIKES a whopping 165.5 lbs!! 🙁 This is not where I want to be… Granted I’m only about 6lbs away from where I was when I got pregnant 4 years ago….But… It a rough 6lbs. Pre Pregnancy Weight: 160lbs. My ideal weight: 135!!! I know that I will not loose 30lbs in 1 month… But along with the help of my friends – my coworkers- and a lot of great products, We will see how well I can do.
I started today… I have started the IceCube Diet – this is to help curve Munchies… I have also done my best to Cut out most Soda (especially Mt. Dew from my diet) I am a pop-aholic! So this is one of the roughest thing to cut out. So I have been taking a my Water bottles to work with me… That way I can refill it free with water and add flavoring when I need some.
